We are talking all about manifestation and how I have manifested some amazing things through one shift in my manifestation practice.
There are two pieces to this practice.
Get clear on what you want to create. What are your desires. There is a lot of confusion around what our desires are within our industry. We evolve and exist in this social media-based world we see a lot of flash things and that this is what I should want or this is what success means, and we get confused on what our true desires are.
I want you to get clear one what you really want. Ask yourself …
- What do I want to create?
- What are the moments I want to experience?
- What is the success I want to have?
- What do I feel aligned with creating right now?
The daily practice that doesn’t take time out of my day. This I just a normal time out of day that we are thinking about the past, worry about the future or getting lost of conversations past and this time of day is when you are falling asleep. This is a practice that when you become aware of it will become a part of your life.
When you are falling asleep after you’ve put the kids to bed and said goodnight to your significant other, get comfortable in a space that you can get into an active meditation energy. This is an energy when you are consciously projecting during meditation to create a specific scene in our mind – its role-play. We are falling asleep in this role-play. This is good for us in general to lower our stress, anxiety, it clears your nerves, a time to reset and go into sleep with a positive mindset.
Most important, it allows you to step into a quantum shift that is so powerful. You may be asking what is the quantum shift you are talking about. Here goes…you are falling asleep, get comfortable, settle in, and then start to focus on your breath releasing any tension in your body. Once you are relaxed, allow yourself to step into your imagination. This imagination is allowing yourself to step into role-play of that life you journal about and get really specific with the details.
Give yourself this task, do it for two weeks, and then write down all of the magical moments that happen for you. Add up everything that is happening for you, you’ll start becoming the person you were always meant to be.
